  • Ask us any questions or raise any concerns you have 

step two: review plan & documents

  • Review your cleaning service plan (CPW) we have made for you
  • Request copies of our Police, WWCC and NDIS checks
  • Request copies of our Insurance Certificates if necessary
  • Review and sign your Service Agreement (If Applicable)
  • Confirm and book in your first cleaning service

step three: wait for us to arrive.

  • We will confirm our arrival time 24 hours beforehand
  • We will provide all cleaning products and equipment
  • We will access your property using your instructions
  • You (or your PM) will receive an invoice 24 hours later
  • Relax and enjoy your beautifully clean home
